Your Contract With Us
The Lead Traveller makes the Booking on behalf of all Travellers named in it, and confirms that each Traveller has read and agreed to these Booking Conditions. A contract is formed once we issue your Booking Confirmation, which is generated and sent to you automatically through our checkout once payment is completed. Until then, we are not bound to provide the Package.
Your contract is made up of these Booking Conditions, your Booking Confirmation, the pre contract information we provide before you book, and any changes we agree with you in writing afterwards.
Booking and Payment
Bookings are made directly through our website. Full payment is due at the time of booking, there is no deposit or instalment option unless agreed separately in writing. Before you book, we will give you the information required under the Regulations, including the main features of the Package, the total price, cancellation rights, passport and health information, and details of insolvency protection.
Insolvency Protection
In the unlikely event of our insolvency, money you have paid for your Package is protected under a Financial Failure Insurance policy arranged through broker Everywhen (trading name of Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited). If we are unable to provide your Package as a result of our insolvency, you can make a claim under this policy. Full details, including how to claim, will be provided in your Booking Confirmation.
Changes Requested by You
If you want to change your Booking after your Booking Confirmation has been issued, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee a change is possible given the small size of the Package and the supplier commitments already made. Any change is only confirmed once we agree to it in writing, and you will be responsible for any reasonable additional cost.
Replacement Travellers
You may transfer your Booking to another person who meets all conditions applicable to the Package, provided you give us reasonable written notice. Notice given at least 7 days before the start of the Package will always be treated as reasonable. Before confirming the transfer, we will tell you about any reasonable additional cost involved. The original and replacement Traveller will be jointly responsible for any outstanding balance and transfer costs.
Cancellation by You
Cancellation must be sent to us in writing by the Lead Traveller. If you cancel, the following termination charges will apply:
Cancellation by: Booking date to 15 October 2026 - 50% of Package Price
15 October to 14 November 2026 - 75% of Package Price
15 November onward - 100% of Package Price
These termination charges reflect the costs and losses we reasonably expect to incur as a result of cancellation, including costs committed in advance for this small, limited-capacity Package and the limited opportunity to resell a cancelled place.
Where we are able to resell a cancelled place, we will take the amount recovered into account and refund any balance due after deducting the costs and losses arising from the cancellation and the reasonable costs of arranging the replacement booking.
This does not affect your statutory right to cancel without a termination charge where Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances occur at the destination or its immediate vicinity and significantly affect the performance of the Package or carriage to the destination. In these circumstances, we will refund all payments made within 14 days, but no additional compensation will be payable.
Changes Made by Us
We may make insignificant changes to your Booking before departure, and will tell the Lead Traveller in writing. Examples include a change to the order of activities, transfer timings, coach or host, a change of restaurant or wine estate of similar quality, a change to padel session timing, or relocating a venue, activity or session where we reasonably believe this is necessary because of heat, weather, fire, flood, or another local safety concern, provided the overall nature, quality and value of the Package are not materially reduced.
If we are constrained by circumstances beyond our control to significantly alter a main feature of the Package before departure, we will tell you without undue delay. We will give you a reasonable period to accept the change, accept any substitute package offered, or cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days. If the changed or substitute Package is of lower quality or cost, you will receive an appropriate price reduction. If you do not respond, we will contact you again before treating the Booking as cancelled.
If you cancel for this reason, you may also be entitled to compensation, unless the change was caused by Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances.
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel your Booking before departure if we are prevented from performing the contract by Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances, and we will notify you without undue delay. In that case we will refund all payments made for the Package within 14 days, but no additional compensation will be payable.

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or other Travellers in your Booking.

Photographs and descriptions on our website and in marketing materials illustrate the style and character of our Packages. Unless expressly confirmed in your booking, specific accommodation, wine estates, venues, activities and rooms are not guaranteed. Where we describe an experience generally, we will select options consistent with the overall character, standard and quality advertised.
Participation Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring the Package is suitable for you, taking into account your fitness, health and personal circumstances. Padel sessions typically involve around two to three hours of court time per day (split between morning and evening). Combined with South Africa's summer heat, this can be a genuine physical demand, not a casual activity. You are responsible for pacing yourself, staying hydrated, protecting yourself from sun exposure, and stopping or resting if you feel unwell. You must tell us before you travel about any condition that might affect your ability to take part safely.
If we, or our host or coach, reasonably believe you do not have the fitness or ability to safely take part in a session, we may ask you not to take part, or to stop. No refund is payable for any missed portion of the Package as a result.
Medical, Dietary and Special Requirements
At checkout you will be asked to tell us about any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances. After booking, we will send you a short Guest Information Form to collect further details that help us host you well, for example your padel experience, wine style preferences, and other preferences where available from our accommodation partner.
Please also tell us before booking about any medical condition, disability, pregnancy, injury or other circumstance that may require special arrangements. We will consider reasonable requests, but are not obliged to accept one unless confirmed in writing.
You must have travel insurance covering the Package and its activities as a condition of taking part, including cover for medical treatment, cancellation, curtailment, personal possessions and repatriation. If you travel without adequate cover, you will be responsible for costs that would otherwise have been covered by suitable insurance. This does not affect any responsibility we have under applicable law.Local Conditions and Inherent Risk
South Africa and its summer season, when your Package takes place, can bring extreme heat, flooding and wildfire risk, in and around the Cape Winelands. General safety standards, infrastructure and emergency response may also differ from those you are used to. By booking, you accept that travel to and participation in the Package carries a level of inherent risk beyond your normal day to day environment. Please check UK FCDO guidance. https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/south-africa
During Your Holiday, Complaints and Assistance
You must behave respectfully towards other Travellers, hosts, coaches, suppliers and members of the public. If your behaviour seriously affects the Package or others, we may exclude you from an activity or require you to leave the Package where lawful and proportionate, without responsibility for any resulting cost to you.If something goes wrong, please tell our host or local representative as soon as possible so we can put it right.
We are responsible for the proper performance of the Package Travel Services included in your Package, whether those services are provided by us or by third-party suppliers. Where there is a lack of conformity, we will take reasonable steps to remedy it without undue delay, where possible. Where appropriate, you may be entitled to alternative arrangements, a price reduction or compensation in accordance with applicable law.
If an issue cannot be resolved during the Package, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable after your return.
Photography and Marketing
Photographs and video may be taken during the Package for use in our marketing, including our website and social media. By booking, you consent to this use unless you tell us otherwise before or during the Package. We will not use identifiable images of you beyond reasonable promotional use without asking you first.
Our Responsibility and Limits of Liability
We are responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the Package, whether performed by us or by third party providers. Governing Law and General Provisions
These Booking Conditions are governed by English law, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
